REPORT
Cut a pineapple. Whisk cream and lime.
Cook the pineapple a bit. Yellow like a Chocobo.
Dip it in lime juice. Roll it in sugar. Cook it again.
Dollop on ice cream and lime cream then drizzle on sauce (we used Hawksmoor Sticky Toffee Pudding recipe leftovers).
VERDICT
5/5. Really tasty. A bit too much lime. You could use Häagen Dazs Dulche de Leche instead.
NEXT TIME
Same again. Light not dark Muscovado. Needs chopped pecans or toffee popcorn pieces for texture.

Oh yum. Even at 9.30sm on a cool Monday morning, that looks delicious!
It’s an awesome recipe, and the popcorn ice cream is easily swapped. Do you have that flavour there?
Speaking of which, I’ve just downloaded episodes 45 – 49 of Masterchef 😉
Have you tried making your own sous vide dulce de leche? Very cheap!
I didn’t even know such a thing was possible! I once put a can of Carnation milk in a pressure cooker with pretty miserable results. Can ou recommend any links?
