What a year it’s been for us here at insearchofheston.com! Eight In Search of Perfection recipes, dozens of experiments and lots of meals that were as fun as to make as they were infuriating. We managed to fit so much in this year we thought we’d take a look back and try to sum it all up in one post. Here goes…
2013: InSearchofHeston.com Review of the Year
I drove my girlfriend (and my mates) nuts cooking loads of needlessly complicated things for tea.
And there you have it. Thanks as always for reading guys! We’d like to wish you all a fantastic New Year and we look forward to sharing lots more cooking adventures with you in 2014. If there’s anything you liked from this year, or would like to see in the year to come, then please let us know below in the comments section.
Happy New Year! Much deliciousness in 2013, may there be more in 2014!
And to you too! Your blog has been outstanding the past 12 months (as it always is). Hoping for a great 2014!
Happy New Year. Thanks for the inspiration.
If we’re talking inspiration Gary it’d be your San Marzano alert tweet that inspired us to continue with the perfection quest! And your consistently excellent blogging as well. Here’s to a great 2014!
Happy New Year! I only recently “discovered” Heston Blumenthal and your website has been a tremendous help when tackling his recipes. I look forward to see what recipes you will be trying this year!
Hi Melanie!
Glad to be of service! This year we’re hoping to re-tackle some of those first perfection recipes, have a crack at the new ones and maybe even try to come up with a home-version of the tipsy cake (without funny numbered flours and the like).
Would be great to hear about how your cooking adventures turn out too. Be sure to keep in touch!
Terrific blog – just discovered it but look forward to using it on my own cooking adventures this year. Happy NY!
Hi Daniel!
Thanks for your kind words. Happy cooking adventures and be sure to keep us updated on how you get on!
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year – it’s been super reading your blog over the past 12 months! Here’s to a 2014 full of new products and recipes. I shall look forward to your successes and failures in equal measure! Thanks for the entertainment.
Hi Phil,
I was hoping you would be able to email me privately at the address supplied. I’m the very lucky other half of the lady who writes the “I want to cook like Heston” blog. I have some news and a request.
Kind regards,
Adam.
